This educational program is designed to prepare non-ordained women to provide counseling, spiritual, and leadership services to other women in local parachurch organizations, churches, and other settings. This program includes in depth instruction in foundations of women's ministry, spiritual formation, women's ministry in the local church, bible study and theology, women's evangelism and discipleship, homiletics, women's issues, lay counseling, and leadership training.
