Whitworth College, now officially recognized as Whitworth University, is a private liberal arts college located in Spokane, Washington. The university offers a large selection of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in an array of subject areas and disciplines. As a Christian university Whitworth embraces and promotes Christian principles and ideals. The university is directly affiliated with the Presbyterian Church, a U.S. based Christian denomination. In total the university offers over 60 undergraduate and graduate programs and annual enrollment is right around 3,000 students.

Whitworth College’s name was changed by the board of trustees in 2006 to Whitworth University.
