The University of Alabama – Tuscaloosa is one of the largest, public universities in the South. The school offers hundreds of excellent educational programs, has a beautiful campus, and sponsors numerous student organizations.
The University of Alabama offers more than 200 degree programs for undergraduates. Students have many choices when selecting a major. The following are examples of undergraduate programs offered at this institution: social work, Russian, philosophy, nursing, interior design, early childhood education, classical Greek, and aerospace engineering.
The University offers excellent graduate degree programs in engineering, education, business administration, and law. In fact, the only public law school in Alabama is located on this campus. Educational opportunities for non-traditional students are available at the University of Alabama through distance education programs.
