SAGU has been accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and endorsed by the Assemblies of God church. It is the only university associated with the Assemblies of God that is located in the state of Texas. The university’s programs include associates, bachelors, and master’s degrees in both liberal arts and religion.
