Originally founded in 1960 as part of the University of Kentucky and formerly known as Southeast Community College, Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (abbreviated SKCTC) is a two-year community and technical college located in the city of Cumberland, in the state of Kentucky. SKCTC like many other community colleges in the state has an open-admissions policy.

SKCTC is regionally accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Science (A.S.) and Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.). Associate degrees, diplomas and certificates are offered in an extensive list of disciplines including business, computer science, computer engineering, medical assisting, respiratory therapy, liberal arts, health sciences, cosmetology and police science.

The majority of students at SKCTC commute from Bell, Harlan and Letcher counties in Kentucky. A few students from neighboring Virginia and Tennessee also attend the community college. In addition to its campus in Cumberland, the college has campuses Middlesboro, Harlan, Whitesburg and Pineville.
