Sessions College for Professional Design is a fully online, school of visual arts located in Tempe, Arizona. Founded in 1997 in New York City, Sessions College offers degree and certificate programs in a wide range of creative subject: graphic design, web design, digital media, illustration, among many more. Accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) since 2001, Sessions College is recognized as both a pioneer and leader in online education: the first accredited online school of design.

The mission of Sessions College is to prepare art and design professionals by providing the highest quality of online arts education. Admissions

Online admissions at Sessions College are a fast and convenient process:

1. Associate Degree applicants must provide transcripts, an essay, and 5-10 samples of art (such as drawing, design, or photography). SAT and ACT not required.

2. Certificate Programs are open admissions; students are required to have graduated high school, or passed GED, or equivalent.

Accreditation and Approval

Sessions College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) and accredited at the certificate program level by Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools. Sessions College is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Private Postsecondary Education.
