  • Firearms Training Room for students studying to become a police officer. The room serves as a simulator of actual police interacting with the public, such as with flashing lights, sounds of firearms, and verbal commands from officers during training.
  • Medical Facilities that prepare you to work in a medical office. The simulation room is equipped with EKG machines, hospital beds, examination tables and equipment, and more.

In the Community

The campus is located near the highway for easy access to and from campus. You will receive free bus passes as a student and the bus stops frequently at the corner of the school parking lot. This area is not far from campus and is nearby local restaurants and stores, including Old Town Shopping Center, Walgreens, Hyvee and McDonalds. Garfield Park is also just a few blocks away, and it includes baseball fields, a recreation trail, tennis courts, and more.
