Purdue Global at Cedar Rapids is located just off of Highway 30 and Interstate 380 in Iowa. The Cedar Rapids location offers associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in a wide variety of fields. Many of the campus’ graduates are employed throughout the Midwest area.
Campus Amenities
Purdue Global-Cedar Rapids provides several services for students in its newly refurbished 30,000 square-foot building, including:
- Computer and medical labs, administrative offices, student lounges, and specially built classrooms
- Tutoring services in our Academic Success Center
- Computer labs with a variety of software and electronic resources
- A student lounge to do homework and hang out with friends
Additionally, the campus offers program-specific labs to gain hands-on experience in healthcare and criminal justice:
- A nursing lab that simulates a hospital setting with a patient care area
- A medical assisting lab that simulates a medical office to practice activities, such as urinalysis, microscope analysis, and using medical records
- A criminal justice lab with a fire arms training simulator where you can practice doing real scenarios
The campus is also located by the bus line service, giving you access to a diverse selection nearby restaurants and community activities.
