This educational program is designed to prepare students creatively and technically to express ideas, emotions, or inner visions by rendering art concepts onto surfaces and transferring images, via ink or dyes, onto paper or fabric. This program includes in depth instruction in monochrome and color printing; chemistry; tonality; techniques such as serigraphy, intaglio, lithography, woodcut, stencil, block, etching, relief, and composite; equipment set-up and maintenance; and personal style development.
