Navajo Technical College offers high-tech certificate, associate and bachelor’s degree programs designed for the Navajo nation, which now numbers more than 300,000. The college emphasizes the Done Philosophy of Education and incorporates Diné cultural principles: Nitsáhákees, Nahátá, Īína, Siihasin into the learning environment.

The goals of the college include the following:
