Kuyper College, locally referred to as “Kuyper”, is a four-year accredited higher education institution located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kuyper is primarily a Christian leadership college that focuses on preparing studnets to become Christian leaders dedicated to serving mankind. The curriculum at Kuyper College is designed to provide students with a well-rounded academic experience, as well as a religious education based on biblical and scriptural study. The current president of Kuyper is Dr. Nicholas V. Kroeze.
While the underlying theme of all education programs at Kuyper is Christian service, the college offers a variety of career-oriented degrees and programs in several secular fields including information technology, business, education, communications, nursing, healthcare and many others. All programs offered at Kuyper are presented from a Reformed Worldview perspective. The college offers a very hands-on learning approach, has an attractive student-to-faculty ratio of 15:1 and most students participate in internship programs.
