Kean University, locally referred to as Kean, is a four-year research university located in Hillside and Union, New Jersey. The university offers educational programs that focus on the liberal arts, the sciences and several professional disciplines. It is dedicated to the intellectual and cultural growth of its students and is well known for its humanities, social sciences and renown education programs. In fact, Kean University is responsible for graduating more teachers each year than any other university in New Jersey. Kean also offers a superb physical therapy program that is offered via a partnership with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
