School Overview

The International Baptist College (IBC) located in Chandler, Arizona is and independent Fundamentalist Baptist college that offers associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in several areas of study including music ministry, Christian service, bible and teacher education, pastoral ministry, theology and Christian education. Education, coursework and curriculum at IBS is specifically designed to help students create the foundation they’ll need to work in ministerial professions.

IBC shares a campus with the Tri-City Baptist church of Chandler, Arizona. College facilities include spacious classrooms, a dining room, on-campus dorms, an auditorium, a study center, a large kitchen, administrative offices, a computer lab, gynasium and student library.

To be admitted to IBC, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. However, the college also accepts students who have been home schooled, as long as they have fulfilled all necessary educational requirements. While both the SAT and ACT are recommended for admission, they are not required. The most important criteria is that an applicant be committed to Christianity and the bible.

Financial assistance is available for students based on merit and need. IBC sponsors several partial tuition scholarships for its students based a various of factors including, but not limited to, ACT scores, GPA, academic accomplishment, Christian service, or financial need. Much of the financial assistance IBC students receive comes from federal aid programs such as low interest loans, grants, and work-study.

IBC is a member of the American Association of Christian Colleges and Seminaries and is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS).
