Industrial and Organizational Psychology Colleges and Programs

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologists specialize in workplace psychology and behavior. In other words, these specialists attempt to understand what motivates people in work settings, how to enhance productivity, and how to best manage stress in very stressful settings.
