Financial Aid
Financial Aid can include a number of areas. If you need help paying
for your education, then you should consider federal aid in the form of
grants. You should consider any scholarships that fit you. These could
be minority scholarships or those given by the institution. If you are
planning to teach in a low income school in an area that needs
teachers, then you might consider the Teach Grant. If you consider
this, it is important that you follow through on the specifications, or
you could end up with an unwanted loan. Loans are another option, but
they need to be paid back, and they can be something that will be with
you for years to come, and they can hold you back from doing what you
would like to do. Work-study is also an option if you believe that you
have the time.
