Fremont College is a regionally accredited private, for-profit college owned by Fremont Private Investments. The university is headquarted in Cerritos, California and has a second campus location in Los Angeles. Fremont offers both campus and online learning platforms. It recently launched an undergraduate business program online that allows students to earn an Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in business entirely online. Other degree programs at Fremont are offered in business, design, legal studies and health. At Fremont it takes about 2.5 years to earn a bachelor’s degree and a little over a year to earn an associate’s degree.

Fremont College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges to award Diplomas, Associate of Arts/Science degrees and Bachelor of Arts degrees. Within the legal studies division, the university offers a paralegal studies program that is approved the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Paralegal Education.
