Cornish College of the Arts is a nationally ranked and recognized higher education institution located in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington. The college offers four-year bachelor’s degree programs (B.F.A.) in Theater, Dance, Performance Production, Fine Art, Design and Music. The college is well known for being the oldest music conservatory in the west and for being one of only a few fully accredited private colleges in the United States to offer superior education in both visual and performing arts.

While relatively small when compared with other institutions, the library at Cornish College is dedicated almost exclusively to design, art, music, theatre, and performance production. It’s has over 40,000 books, 4700 CDs, 2200 videos, and 154 periodicals.
