Cornerstone University is a fully accredited Christian university located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While the university holds to the trinitarian belief in the triune God and the Kings James Bible, it is an independent, non-denominational educational institution that welcomes students from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. One of the university’s main goals is to prepare its students to make a positive impact in the world by providing a Christ-focused learning experience. The university has a unique “Lifestyle Statement” that all students must abide by. The statement is a reflection of the trinitarianism and literal interpretation of the Bible.

Cornerstone University offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in over 60 areas of study including religion, business, humanities, education, computers, journalism, sciences, and fine arts. The university is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Center Association of Colleges and Schools. It is nationally accredited by the National Associations of Schools of Music, the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada and the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

In addition to its main campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the university has two seminaries; the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and the Asia Baptist Theological Seminary, located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Cornerstone also owns and operates its own radio stations, Cornerstone University Radio.

Total annual enollment at Cornestone averages about 3,000, including undergraduate, graduate studies and professional students.
