Clarion University of Pennslyvania is one of 14 universities that belong to the Pennslyvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). As its name suggests, Clarion University is located in Clarion, PA, and has resided there since 1867. The school offers associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees as well as post master’s certificates.

A student who wants to earn a Master of Library Science degree could attend classes in person, in Philadelphia, at the Free Library’s Main branch or its other locations.
