Calhoun Community College, the largest of nearly 30 two-year colleges in the Alabama Community College System, resides in Decatur, Alabama. It is a co-ed, open admission school that services 4 counties in Alabama.

Calhoun Community College has over 11,000 students at its three learning locations: Decatur campus, the Limestone County Correctional Facility, and Huntsville/Cummings Research Park. The school offers nearly 50 associate degrees and 52 career programs. Calhoun Community College has 133 faculty members and most hold at least a master’s degree.
