College Degree Finder

The Baptist University of the Americas was founded in San Antonio, Texas by missionary Paul Siebenmann in 1947. It was originally established as the Mexican Baptist Training School and later became the Hispanic Baptist Theological School. It is a Texas Baptist affiliated institution associated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas. This University is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education, which allows its courses to transfer to other universities with similar accreditation. However, it is not yet regionally accredited, so you’ll want to check to make sure the degree you decided to earn at Baptist University of Americas is fully transferrable if you plan on pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a regionally accredited institution down the road. A few of the degrees offered by the University include a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical/Theological Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Bachelor of Arts in Business Leaderships as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Cross-Cultural Studies.
