Two-year Associate of Applied Arts degrees are offered in animation art and design, culinary arts, baking and pastry, interior design, photography, industrial design, fashion marketing, fashion design, audio production, graphic design, web design, video production, and interactive media.

The Art Institute of Seattle currently offers three diploma programs: Art of Cooking, Web Design and Development, Web Design and Interactive Communications. Diploma programs are one to two years in duration.
