Antioch University Santa Barbara, often referred to as AUSB, is private four-year liberal arts university located in Santa Barbara, California. The school is a member of the Antioch University system which includes campuses in Los Angeles, California, Yellow Springs, Ohio, Seattle Washington, and Keene New Hampshire.
Academics and Programs
Popular programs at Antioch University include the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Studies and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology. Another popular degree is the Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education which offers aspiring students the opportunity to also earn a Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential and Educational Specialist Credential or focus their studies around Social Justice and Educational Leadership or Educational Curriculum Design.
In addition to the M.A. in Clinical Psychology, AUSB also offers a PsyD in Clinical Psychology for students serious about taking their psychology career to the next level. In the near future, the university will be launching a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Writing for Visual Media program, which will focus on playwriting, creative non-fiction, creative writing and screenplay writing.
