Northwest University
Northwest University is a Christian coeducational school located in Kirkland, Washington, USA. The school also has a satellite campus—Northwest University- Salem Campus—located in Salem, Oregon. Northwest University was originally a Bible Institute started by the Northwest Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God USA and today it is still operated by the Assemblies of God (districts in Wyoming, Southern Idaho, Northwest, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska).
Regionally accredited, Northwest offers several associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. It is made up of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, the College of Ministry, the Mark and Huldah Buntain School of Nursing, the School of Education, the School of Business and Management, and the College of Arts & Sciences. The university adheres to its mission “to provide, in a distinctly Evangelical Christian environment, quality education to prepare students for service and leadership.”
