Mountain State University
Mountain State University (MSU) is a private university located in Beckley, West Virginia. As of December 31, 2012, MSU will be losing its regional accreditation and will therefore cease to operate. The University of Charleston plans on taking over the Martinsburg and Beckley sites in order to establish new campuses.
The university had over 60 programs which focused mainly in technology, business, and health and human services. Some of the degrees were available to students online.
