Lay Ministry Colleges and Programs
This educational program is designed to prepare non-ordained individuals to serve as lay pastors, youth leaders, religious educators, and other professional positions open to the laity in local churches and other settings. This program includes in depth instruction in bible studies, spirituality, theology, pastoral counseling, effective communication, foundations of ministry, and church leadership.
